Did I say that the water into the boot/hatch problem is a bummer?

It certainly takes the edge off the ownership experience to see so much water falling into the boot.

That your Ford dealership does not care, makes it even WORSE.

Do I want to buy another Ford in the future? Well... It doesn't look that good at this stage - they might have a good product, but it isn't nice if they don't care about you once they have your money...
